Аннотация: In a modern, rapidly changing world, everyone has to quickly respond to new requirements presented by society to everyone. This happens in all spheres of human life and applies to individuals, social groups and organizations. Universities are no exception. Modern universities today must meet a number of special requirements in order to receive the opportunity for additional financing from the state for development and growth, this is usually possible when the university acquires the status of innovation . Those universities that do not receive additional funding from the state in the proper amount are forced to look for sources of financing in various foundations and organizations. One of the most common types of methods of scientific activity today has become support for research through a system of grants, in other words, targeted financial resources provided to teams of scientists for conducting scientific. The selection of sponsored projects is based on a competition. Such activities associated with attracting sources of funding for science, in particular, the grant account, are called fundraising today.
