Reducing Educational Stress by the Means of Learning Using Mobile Technologies

Аннотация: Educational stress has been recognized as a risk factor for depression and suicidal behavior of young people in many countries of the world. The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) has found that m-learning has a great potential to enhance quality of learning and academic results. The objective of this paper is to design a research study aimed at assessment of whether learning using mobile technologies can reduce educational stress of university students.
