Аннотация: In banking practice, great importance is attached to the effective work of personnel and the creation of a management system. The article systematizes the stages of implementation of functions in the process of activity of the personnel service of the commercial bank. The personnel management cycle of the commercial bank is defined. Stages of express analysis of personnel situation in the bank have been identified and specified.
