Аннотация: The article is devoted to the problem of pedagogical authority, the essence of which is considered in a number of modern socio-psychological and psychological-pedagogical studies. Various approaches to the interpretation of the concept of «pedagogical authority» are considered, the main points of view on the «facilitation» possibilities of authoritative interaction of the teacher and trainees in the pedagogical process are presented.
