Аннотация: The article analyzes issues related to the realization of the right of the public to participate in the decision-making process of ecological significance. The author reveals the shortcomings of law enforcement practice, the lack of specific legal procedures regulating the participation of the public in the process of making ecologically significant decisions and proposes measures to eliminate these shortcomings.
