Аннотация: In this work we determined the value of a company's creditworthiness, analyzed positive and negative sides of the loan, as well as existing methods of assessing the creditworthiness of bank customers. We identified the advantages and disadvantages of different methods of assessment of the credit ability and proposed a conceptual-structural diagram of the analysis and assessment of creditworthiness as well as necessary factors. The choice of the factors was proposed by Ishikawa diagram.
