Аннотация: This article examines the features of the implementation of state land control. The need to improve the mechanism and regulatory framework for the implementation of state land supervision, as well as the application of new forms and methods of work, has been identified and justified. Based on the analysis carried out, it is proposed to increase the effectiveness of state land control activities in the transition to a digital economy.
