Аннотация: The issues of high-rise construction in the capital within the context of using world and European experience are discussed. The author has analyzed the approved town planning documentation, as well as the one being drafted, highlighting the perspective of high-rise construction in Kyiv. The recommendations on projecting high-rise complexes using the example of constructing the multifunctional complex with trading and cultural center on the territory of Rybalskyi peninsular in Podil district in Kyiv are provided.
