Аннотация: This article discusses applications of a membrane bioreactor in the food industry. For present day, the significance of this topic is outlined. The technology of a membrane bioreactor is described, as well as its advantages and disadvantages over traditional technologies in the food industry. Also presented are the main branches and areas of application of membrane technologies in the food industry.
