Аннотация: The article is devoted to the problem of constitutional law. The purpose is to highlight the main approaches to the content of the concept of “constitutional law” and briefly trace the history of its development in Russia. The methodological basis of the study is a general scientific dialectical method of cognition of objective reality. The validity of the conclusions is achieved through the integrated application of such a number of methods (historical, comparative-legal, system analysis, synthesis). It is concluded that constitutional law is a multidimensional concept and must be considered in the context of multiparadigmaticity.
