Аннотация: The article examines the legal consequences of depriving a citizen for a time of the right to hold certain positions and engage in certain types of entrepreneurial activity. It is concluded that it is necessary to amend the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Bankruptcy" on the removal of citizens from entrepreneurial activities within 10 years after being declared bankrupt.
