Аннотация: The purpose of this article is to research social problems arising in modern Russia, such as the quality of education, drug addiction and alcoholism, as well as the decline in the importance of morality in society. The concept of social problems is given and causal links of some of them are identified. The significance of early solutions to the above problems is noted. Statistical, systematic and analytical method is used in the research. Consequently, the author concludes that modern Russian society should develop a comprehensive systematic approach to address all of the identified problems to ensure its further prosperity and recovery.
