Аннотация: The article deals with the issues of professional training of specialists for the judicial system, identified by the regulatory legal acts in the light of the existing Federal Law. The analysis of problems and contradictions in the professional training of the future specialist for the judicial system in the process of training in a higher educational institution is undertaken. The ways of improving the quality of legal education are revealed. Attention is focused on education of creative and humanistically oriented personality of specialist for judicial system by means of development of special pedagogical approaches and technologies. The conclusion is made that the ability of a specialist for the judicial system to quickly find an effective solution to the problems arising in legal practice becomes the main criterion of competence and professionalism.
