Аннотация: The article is devoted to the problem of speech etiquette, defines and clarifies the concept of speech etiquette. The features of speech etiquette of a political figure are revealed. Traces the classification of functions of speech etiquette. Examples of speech etiquette characteristic of British linguoculture are given.
