Аннотация: The long-term forecast of changes in natural and climatic conditions imposes new requirements on the stability of thermal power facilities. On the territory of the Khabarovsk Territory, the main method of generating heat remains the use of fuel oil boilers. Most of these facilities were designed in the middle of the last century without taking into account the predicted conditions and are in a worn-out condition. An analysis of the vulnerabilities of the fuel oil industry and an assessment of environmental risks are necessary for planning measures to adapt thermal power facilities to climate change.
