Аннотация: The need to study the state and degree of economic stability of individual territories in the modern world is the most important element of the direction of national security of the country. In the current economic situation, the main goal of the development of the Russian economy and ensuring financial stability is an objective reorientation to the priority of internal resources and reserves, as well as to support the development of high-tech sectors of the economy. The ability to identify and subsequently neutralize risks at the level of individual regions will ensure a weakening of the degree of emerging risks. It is necessary to take into account the existing discrepancies in the socio-economic and cultural-historical conditions of the regions, the impact of which in modern conditions is difficult to overestimate.
