The article discusses the issues of defining a corporate dispute, types of corporate disputes, analyzes the opinions of scientists on corporate law, as an independent branch of law. It is proposed to define the concept of a corporate dispute as unresolved disagreements related to relations of participation or management in a corporate legal entity existing at the time the dispute arose.
