On some problems of the legal regime of special economic zones of tourist-recreational type

In modern Russia, special economic zones-one of the most ambitious projects to attract direct investment in priority economic activities. The relevance of this topic is expressed in the importance and need to improve the state policy of Russia in the development of legal regulation of economic instruments in the field of investment. To this end, it is proposed to amend the current legislation of Russia.
