Аннотация: In modern Russia, special economic zones-one of the most ambitious projects to attract direct investment in priority economic activities. The relevance of this topic is expressed in the importance and need to improve the state policy of Russia in the development of legal regulation of economic instruments in the field of investment. To this end, it is proposed to amend the current legislation of Russia. An effective set of legal acts determines other aspects of the creation and functioning of the system of special economic zones and confirms the special importance of the legal component in the formation of an effective system of such territories.
