Аннотация: International disputes, as previously existing, arising on today, them differ from each other in complexity, significance for the world community and subject diversity. Taking as a criterion for the classification of the subject of the dispute, we can single out a special category - territorial disputes, the subject of which is the law related to the establishment of the legal regime and ownership of the territory.
