Аннотация: Dickens one of the brightest representatives of Romanticism actively uses fairy tales in his work on a story level. Writer includes images, stories, fairy tale world motives in the orbit of its own poetics. His works are often referred to images and motives of fairy tales “Thousand and One Nights” tales Charles Perrault, the Brothers Grimm and others. All of these stories make up the most common children's reading circle from beginning to middle of the XIX century, and therefore appeal to these works of Dickens and understandable justified.
