Аннотация: Use of E-learning technologies as one of the main tools for implementing the trilingual education program at North – Kazakhstan state university named after M. Kozybayev is considered in the article. The author describes the order of the incoming, intermediate and final monitoring of the levels of proficiency instate, foreign (English) and Russian languages within the framework of the unified information and educational environment of the university and how way the own eLearningNKZU management systemby remote works.
