Аннотация: Urban planning theories provide foundational frameworks for designing and managing cities. Over time, these theories have evolved in response to technological advances, demographic changes, and environmental challenges. The proposed research aims to critically analyze a range of urban planning theories, identifying their strengths, limitations, and applicability to modern urban challenges such as sustainability, equity, and resilience.
