Аннотация: In connection with the informatization of most branches of human activity, the issue of protecting users' personal data is relevant. The main purpose of the study is to determine the basic principles of personal data protection in automated information systems of commercial enterprises on the territory of the Russian Federation. As methods of protection, the article describes the stages of classification of commercial enterprises for further identification of a potential threat model and preparation of a protection plan.
