Regulatory mechanisms for the systemic treatment of the individual juvenile offender in the process of sentencing
The article deals with the issue of assigning punishment to adolescents, the specifics of the age of a minor and the psychological features that must be taken into account when imposing punishment, and also analyzes the existing judicial practice, suggests the need for a systematic approach when considering the identity of a minor offender when passing sentence on him.
