Аннотация: The article deals with the issue of assigning punishment to adolescents, the specifics of the age of a minor and the psychological features that must be taken into account when imposing punishment, and also analyzes the existing judicial practice, suggests the need for a systematic approach when considering the identity of a minor offender when passing sentence on him.
