Аннотация: The article demonstrates the principle of developing models, where as the creative source was chosen the construction of the American architect Frank Gehry - "Experience Music Project" in Seattle. Futuristic forms are the hallmark of this building like other works of the author, and they also served as inspiration for the project. For a greater immersion in the research work, an analysis was made of the actual trends of 2018-2019 years.
