Аннотация: The purpose of the research is to study the connection between professional identity and professional reflexivity among employees with different work experience. The article examines the issues of professional self-identity and professional reflexivity, presents the results of an empirical study among employees of Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow with different work experience. Empirical research methods: 1) Determination of the status of professional identity test by J. Marcia; 2) test for diagnosing the level of development of reflexivity by A. V. Karpov. As a result, it was determined that the majority of respondents are characterized by “situational” reflexivity, while indicators of professional identity differ for employees with different work experience. A direct moderate connection was revealed between professional identity and reflexivity of the subjects.
