Professional identity and professional reflexivity of employees with different working experience

The purpose of the research is to study the connection between professional identity and professional reflexivity among employees with different work experience. The article examines the issues of professional self-identity and professional reflexivity, presents the results of an empirical study among employees of Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow with different work experience. Empirical research methods: 1) Determination of the status of professional identity test by J. Marcia; 2) test for diagnosing the level of development of reflexivity by A. V. Karpov. As a result, it was determined that the majority of respondents are characterized by “situational” reflexivity, while indicators of professional identity differ for employees with different work experience. A direct moderate connection was revealed between professional identity and reflexivity of the subjects.
