Аннотация: The article is devoted to the conceptual consideration of issues related to the use of the educational potential of regional culture in the preparation of competitive cadres of the education sector. One of the main ideas in the article was the comprehension of the forms, methods and basic directions reflected in the works of A.T. Bolotova and LN Tolstoy, which can become the basis for more effective solution of the problems of modern education and the preparation of competitive personnel.
