Аннотация: The purpose of this article is to research Antarctica in Legal Terms. The author tells about the importance of the continent, international and local acts that regulate activities on its territory. Their history and the history of the discovery of the “icy land” are examined. The study uses historical and analytical methods. In the end, the author summarizes the importance of control under the mainland where the hand of a man was not almost touched, the mainland full of mysteries and unexplored biological resources.
