Influence of the adaptive tone of the autonomic nervous system on the pregnancy of women with somatoform dysfunction in history

Аннотация: Somatformal dysfunction can lead to complications of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum period, respectively, an increase in perinatal mortality, which negatively affects the further development of the child. Each second pregnant woman (65.96% in 2017) is receiving a diagnosis of dystonia at the reception in Women's Consultations No. 1 and No. 2, while this statistic does not actually change from year to year. The results of the study confirmed the adverse effect of dystonia on gestational process: the ability to cause complications during pregnancy (the threat of interruption, gestosis), childbirth (untimely flushing of amniotic fluid 25,3%, bleeding 13,9%, intrauterine fetal hypoxia 12%, abnormalities of labor activity 17, 1%), in the postpartum period (insolvency sh led 6.34%, lactostasis 5.1%), which adversely affect the health of mother and child.
