Аннотация: In our contemporary conditions the corporate culture is absolutely necessary and one of the main characteristics of the management. It is reflected by the dynamic and by the updating of models of managerial activity, which are manifested in the generative features. It is noticed that the efficient companies apply the unusual leverages as directions. These actions are directed to the creation of micro culture in the company which are based on the set of values such as adherence to the ideal standards of quality and service, to the interest of customers.
