Аннотация: Study addiction has been recognized as a serious threat for the wellbeing of young adults in modern society. Global competition imposes additional pressure on students to study more and harder to become professionally successful and to take a worthy place in life. Study addiction, like any other addiction, adversely affects human brain and body. It leads to serious problems in relationships with family members and peers. Study addiction, however, can be effectively treated and even avoided. The objective of this paper is to design a research aimed at assessment of whether leadership potential can safeguard young people from study addiction and assist in having positive look into the future.
