Аннотация: The Problem of the dominance of principles of social justice are closely connected with the concept of constitutional Economics. The authors argue that current sociology is conventionally distanced itself from the research of interaction of depth and direction of social processes in society and quality of implementation of the principles of constitutional law. In this regard, it is proposed to intensify the locus of sociological analysis in the evaluation of social problems from the perspective of the relation of Economics and constitutional guarantees of justice.
