Аннотация: The building of knowledge based society should promote national interests in the field of developing the human potential. The most effective support and protection of language is possible with the help of special government programs focused on protection and development of national languages and laws that define language as a cultural artifact and cultural heritage. That is important to all nationalities of Russian Federation. The role of national languages in a big part is affected by climate in education and culture in general.
