Аннотация: The article is devoted to topical issues of research of interaction "student-teacher" in the educational process in a higher educational institution in the context of a pandemic and distance education. The main socio-psychological problems of the "student-teacher" interaction in these circumstances have been identified. Options for overcoming the prevailing conditions and establishing contact between teachers and students in a higher educational institution in the learning process are proposed.
