On the legal status of teaching staff in educational institutions of the Russian Federation

The Article analyzes the legal status of teaching staff in educational institutions of the Russian Federation. Special attention is paid to such concepts as legal status, educational institution, teaching staff, rights and obligations, etc. In the course of the research, the author comes to the conclusion that the content of the legal status consists of rights and obligations that characterize teachers as subjects of both labor and educational law.
