Аннотация: Due to the increase in the production of electronic equipment, it is necessary to take into account the thermal load of the blocks at the development stage. Thermal analysis of the unit is used to determine the distribution of thermal energy in the product. One of the most promising modules for calculating heat flows is SolidWorks Flow Simulation.
