Аннотация: For the stable development and effective functioning of a tourist enterprise in crisis conditions, a developed strategy is required, individual for each organization. The developed strategy will be successful in the case of analysis and consideration of external factors, risks and an adequate response to environmental challenges. Given the current situation in the tourism market, the main factor of development is domestic tourism. The proposals on the main directions of overcoming the crisis in the tourism industry and the expansion of domestic tourism have been developed.
