Аннотация: Somatoform dysfunction can lead to complications of pregnancy, childbirth, the postpartum period, respectively, an increase in perinatal morbidity, which adversely affects the child's further mental development. Each second pregnant woman at a reception in women's consultations No. 1 and No. 2 is diagnosed with vegetative vascular dystonia, but this statistics does not actually change from year to year. The results of the study confirmed the adverse effect of dystonia on the gestational process: the ability to cause complications during pregnancy (threat of interruption, preeclampsia), childbirth (untimely outflow of amniotic fluid 25.3%, bleeding 13.9%, fetal hypoxia 12%, anomaly of labor 17 , 1%), in the postpartum period (inconsistency of sutures 6.34%, lactostasis 5.1%), which adversely affect the health of the mother and child.
