Аннотация: The relevance of the study in the article is due to the entry of Russia into the international educational space, which puts forward the task of forming the mobility of students with disabilities in the international and Russian labor markets, and, accordingly, their intercultural competence. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the conditions of inclusive educational process for the formation of intercultural competence of students with disabilities. The peculiarity of the research in the article lies in the fact that we rely on the considered provisions of the activity or , more precisely, the personal activity approach, first of all, because we are talking about students with disabilities studying a foreign language in an inclusive University. The scientific novelty of the research is that the methodology of teaching foreign languages and cultures can determine the necessary conditions for an inclusive educational process for the formation of intercultural competence.

Since the study of a different national culture is closely intertwined with the study of a foreign language, the discipline "foreign language" will be rationally used in the new conditions of inclusive educational process. At the same time, the traditional study of a foreign language in the educational process of an inclusive University should undergo significant changes determined by modern trends in the modernization of education.
