Methods for improving the processes of demercaptaniozation of oil

In the article patterns of extraction of low-molecular mercaptans from oil by water-alkaline solution at elevated temperature are established. In addition, the effect of temperature on the depth of demercaptanization of light hydrocarbon has beenidentified. The influence of temperature and concentration of caustic soda solution on the degree of mercaptans extraction has been studied.
