Аннотация: This article examines the contribution of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to building a stable and prosperous society after a difficult period of historical trials. The author focuses on strategic initiatives and political decisions that allowed overcoming internal crises strengthen state institutions and lay the foundation for sustainable economic and social development. Particular attention is paid to the role of leadership in consolidating society, developing national identity and achieving a high level of trust from the international community. In addition, it analyzes how the Tajik experience of peacekeeping and sustainable development can be used in international practice, especially in countries with similar challenges.
