Аннотация: Q methodology is a method to systematically study subjective matters such as viewpoints, beliefs, attitudes, and experiences on any given topic. For the first time in the pharmacy field, Q-methodology has been applied to study elderly consumers’ perspectives on community pharmacy services. The results of the research showed that there are two distinct patterns of elderly consumers’ satisfaction toward the Vietnamese community pharmacy services: viewpoint 1 – accessibility of the pharmacy; viewpoint 2 – accessibility and affordability of medicines.
