Аннотация: The research question under study is the effect of written corrective feedback (WCF) with the enrichment of artificial intelligence (AI) on the accuracy of writing by the learners of English as a Foreign Language (EFL). AI-based feedback is now being considered an important tool in the modern pedagogy of writing, in particular in terms of the widespread digitalisation of language teaching. Although it is important to admit the fact that the consequences of overreliance on automated systems may often be dangerous, the current study provides a comprehensive discussion of the role of AI feedback in enhancing language accuracy, vocabulary expansion, and revision strategies. Extant studies published from 2019 to 2024 were subjected to a systematic descriptive analysis. The results show that AI-enhanced feedback, particularly in the case of teacher facilitation, is statistically significant in terms of lexical precision, textual coherence, and grammatical accuracy. However, the issues of diminished learner autonomy, limited discourse awareness, and contextual misinterpretation become significant obstacles to the successful application of the AI-based feedback systems. At the end of the article, the author offers pedagogical recommendations on how EFL writing instruction can be effectively augmented with AI tools, thus helping learners to achieve the better and more successful language production.
