Аннотация: The characteristics of civil society in Uzbekistan are thorough indicators of a democratic state, the implementation of the dominant law, the increase in the stability of the organization of the administrative apparatus, the restructuring of the way of life of citizens, respect for and obedience to the law. In the managerial work of the first President, there was a confidence in Executive discipline under the guise of dictatorship, which was a high fruit, a high result of demanding in deep Patriotic feelings. Thus, the author presents the results of socio-political management in the economic sector.
