Аннотация: From the experience of conflict resolution, it becomes more and more obvious that a military solution is a temporary and very expensive solution. As for judicial methods, it is obvious that there are much more conflicts than it is possible to settle with different laws, regulations or any conventional norms. That is why recently the issue of the possibility of resolving conflicts by other, more civilized and less expensive methods has been increasingly discussed.
