Аннотация: The article deals with the problem of improving the professional training of specialists for the judiciary in the context of worldwide informatization. This problem is viewed through the prism of the key requirements for professionals in the judicial system in connection with the transition to the new technological order.
The aim of the study is to highlight the key requirements for professionals in the judicial system in the context of worldwide informatization.
The main methods of research were theoretical methods, implying the study and analysis of the Federal State Educational Standard for the training direction 40.05.04 “Judicial and prosecutorial activity” for further modeling the process of incorporating modern information technology in teaching social and humanitarian complex disciplines in a law school; and empirical methods, implying observation.
It is concluded that the informatization of legal higher education contributes to improving the quality of practice-oriented general legal and informational professional training of specialists for the judicial system.
