Аннотация: the legislation on the labor rights of persons with disabilities does not always clearly and in detail establish the order of the considered relationships, in connection with which both employees and employers have numerous questions about the implementation of rights in practice. For the employer, the main feature of labor relations with an employee who has the status of a disabled person is strict observance of all the requirements of Russian legislation, the exclusion of signs of discrimination against such employees due to health restrictions. Today, people with disabilities occupy a part of the secondary labor market, which is characterized by low wages, low chances of obtaining qualifications and employment. The issue of developing a concept of vocational rehabilitation and promotion of employment of disabled people, as well as a mechanism for identifying discrimination against persons with disabilities in the field of labor relations, remains debatable.
