Seasonal aspects of epizootological monitoring of the state of populations of vectors of the causative agent of plague in the area of the Central-Caucasian high-mountain natural focus

On the basis of results of long-term investigations aimed to study the life-style of mountain sousliks fleas - the vectors of the causative agent of plague in the Central Caucasian high-mountain natural focus and their role in epizootic process in the focus basic measures of epizootological monitoring in vector population and the time of their carrying out were defined.
