Аннотация: Glycolysis is the main source of energy in helminths. In this paper-research work, the compounds were first tested for their effect on the glycolysis process carried out by the acellular medium Saccharomyces cerevisiae, since they also use glucose in the process of glycolysis as an energy source. In yeast, the final product of the glycolysis process is ethanol. Therefore, by the amount of ethanol, the speed rate of glycolysis was estimated. The quantitative determination of ethanol was carried out by GLC.
