Comprehensive assessment of the dental status in elderly and senile people using full removable dentures

The study examined 168 elderly and senile patients, using full removable plate prostheses, and presenting complaints. The service life of the prostheses did not exceed 2 years. Based on patient complaints and experience of dissatisfaction with complete dentures with removable plates, which reduce the quality of life, a clinical assessment of the presence of pathology of the gingival mucosa was carried out.
